ODA Kazuma studied Western-style painting under Kawamura Kiyoo and lithography under Kaneko Masajiro. By participating in the Sosaku-Hanga movement, which advocated printmaking as a form of modern art, he became the first Japanese Sosaku-Hanga artist to specialize in lithography.
He also researched ukiyo-e prints, with a particular focus on Hokusai. He produced numerous landscape prints that vividly captured the changing character of modern Japan, following the tradition of ukiyo-e. Shopping Guide & Information
