山中現（1954年-）は、福島県出身の版画家、画家である。
東京藝術大学美術学部油画専攻を経て、同大学大学院美術研究科版画専攻を修了。在学中に小野忠重の講義を受けたことをきっかけに、木版画を学んだ。時間が止まったかのような静的な画面に、山中の眼差し、慈しみが宿る。2021年には、喜多方市美術館にて大規模な個展「星の記憶」が開催された。

YAMANAKA Gen (1954-) is a printmaker and painter from Fukushima Prefecture.
After studying oil painting at the Tokyo University of the Arts, he completed a graduate course in printmaking at the same university. He began to study woodblock printing after attending a lecture by ONO Tadashige.
In 2021, his large-scale solo exhibition "Memory of Stars" was held at the Kitakata City Museum of Art.
