富士の裾野で行われた巻狩りの際、工藤祐経の陣屋を描いた三枚続。雄大な富士山を背景に、陣屋でくつろぐ人々の姿を配し、中央には茶釜を扱う女性、右には工藤祐経と思われる人物を描いている。華やかな衣装の女性たちと、武士の姿を対照的に配し、富士の巻狩りをめぐる物語世界を情趣豊かに表現している。富士山を大きく取り入れた構図も印象的で、広重らしい風景描写と人物描写が融合した一図である。

A woman tending a tea kettle appears in the center panel, while a figure believed to be Kudo Suketsune is depicted on the right. The contrast between the women in their elaborate garments and the warriors brings the world of stories surrounding the hunting expedition to life.
